Custom made orders cannot be cancelled, and We accept order cancellation for only generic products that too before the product processed.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already processed.

Exchange is only Possible If the mistake relies on our side & if there is any damage or defect in the product. & if there is any issue in the size like if you receive any other size than selected.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to apply for Exchange
To start a return, you can contact us at 0334-3205874, If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We carefully inspect each piece to make sure it is in perfect condition before shipping. Please inform us within 3 days upon receiving the order if your jewellery is damaged due to delivery handling or faulty.
