Custom made orders cannot be cancelled, and We accept order cancellation for only generic products that too before the product processed.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already processed.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
- You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
- The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN

To return an item, please email us at gracepk.com@gmail.com or WhatsApp us 0334-3205874 with the return reason and order details.

Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to our Warehouse.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
DO YOU OFFER REFUND?
- Unfortunately, we don't offer any refunds however in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.

In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment.
We carefully inspect each piece to make sure it is in perfect condition before shipping. Please inform us within 3 days upon receiving the order if your jewellery is damaged due to delivery handling or faulty.
